Turntable Lab offers a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unopened condition to ensure you are completely satisfied with your audio setup. Please note that certain items like phono cartridges, headphones, and opened vinyl records are non-returnable due to health and copyright regulations.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and verify eligibility.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label. A flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all accessories and manuals included, then pack it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location. Once received at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for our technicians to inspect the equipment and process your refund.
